MAIN

SLOW-COOKED BEEF LASAGNE AL FORNO
A rich ragu flavoured with red wine and rosemary, creamy white sauce and topped off with parmesan cheese

TUSCAN-STYLE SAUSAGE RAGU
Italian sausages, chickpeas, chorizo, tomato, paprika. Serving suggestion: with focaccia and a glass of red wine for maximum enjoyment.

GREEK LAMB MEATBALLS with Tzatziki Sauce.
Loaded with spices, lemon zest and even feta cheese.

SLOW COOKED ITALIAN MEATBALLS
We keep it traditional with his mix of both beef and pork mince. Made with delicious herds and spices and rich tomato sauce.

CHICKEN TAGINE
This warming chicken tagine recipe is full of sweet, tangy and fragrant ingredients, with mellow spices lending a heady, aromatic flavour.

PARMIGIANA DI MELANZANE  (V)
Fried aubergines baked in a dish with tomato sauce, basil, parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

ROASTED VEGETABLE MOUSSAKA (V)
Mediterranean vegetarian moussaka casserole with roasted aubergine, lentils,  zucchini, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, spices and rich creamy béchamel sauce. Healthy, flavorful and nourishing!

SPINACH AND RICOTTA CANNELLONI  (V)
Spinach and ricotta cannelloni made with tomato, basil sauce and topped with melting mozzarella cheese.

SALAD

-Grilled courgette, mint, feta, lemon, pine nuts
-Mediterranean mustard herb potato salad
-Greek salad with chickpeas
-Roasted vegetable couscous

Cooking instructions

We prepare food just before it is delivered to you , using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then cool it down and deliver to you chilled. Food is delivered in aluminium trays ready to pop in the oven.
Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
20 mins approximately. Make sure the food is piping hot.
Allow to stand for 2 mins before serving.

The above menus will contain a mixture of the following allergens: Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Sesame Seeds, Celery, Mustard, Fish, Nuts (all of our food is prepared in our kitchens where we actively use nuts in our recipes). Please let us know if any of your guests have special dietary requirements as we can provide a bespoke menu to suit their needs.
