Syrnichki – cheese cakes (10 in a pack)
Ingredients: tvorog, flour (wheat), sugar, salt, egg.
Cooking instructions: Heat the vegetable oil or butter in a frying pan and fry the syrniki on both sides. Frozen syrniki fry for five minutes longer than not frozen. Fry the syrniki on each side until golden brown on fire slightly less than average. Serve syrniki to the table can be with frozen berries, with sour cream or sweet sauce. Cheesecakes can be eaten both cold and hot.
